People say one thing and do another entirely different. This is a short exploration into that. Found this one reposted by a lizard on the 6 New Personality Disorders thread on LGF. Looks like I’m not alone in trying to expose this crap.

These words were typed by none other than Rodan, King of Sock Puppets from LGF 2.0 back when he supported Mr. Johnson, before Mr. Johnson exposed the nefarious fascist underpinnings that Rodan holds so near and dear. Rodan would later attack Mr. Johnson and be banned from commenting at LGF, creating LGF 2.0.
What a hypocrite Rodan is, claiming Mr. Johnson is good for being hated, and then proceeding to hate him. It’s somewhat poetically ironic. I guess Rodan is among the “evil” now.

When it comes to Treacherous Irony, nothing can beat LGF01, the way it swung from the anchor of wingnuttery to the extremes of moonbattery in a remarkably short space of time.
The asininities of “times change and opinions change”, or “we did not change, we evolved”, does not hide the fact that LGF 01 and its minions have no right to bitch about others who may have felt hurt at being banned simply because they could not keep up with this schizophrenic shift, and therefore struck back.

Moondog – the point is . . .why “strike back”. What purpose is there? In other words, if lgf01 is no longer what somebody is comfortable with, why not just leave, and find another blog (or start one’s own), without all the flounce-off drama and “stalking”. That’s what’s so weird – and insane.

There was no ‘schizophrenic shift’, African Moondog – just a realisation on Charles part that the time had come to clamp down on assholes who were starting to get his site a bad name. What are you defining as ‘extreme moonbattery’ anyway? I don’t see how anything that Charles has said or promoted falls anwhere near that category. Is having a problem with creationism, anti-vaxers, neo nazis(and their two faced sympathizers) what you call ‘extreme moonbattery’?
Speaking for myself, I didn’t change any of my opinions as a result of events on LGF, I just became a little bit less unpopular once those individuals (who had wrongly assumed on no one’s authority but their own that their thoughts and attitudes were the ‘official’ policy of LGF) started to get flushed.
You are asking me to cry for those who used to tell me to leave LGF because ‘my type’ weren’t wanted, and who now scream that LGF is evil now thjat they’ve been kicked out. Good luck with that.

Having done as they were bid, they were then called “haters” and other such nonsense by the LGF acolytes hence the existance of this site.

Charles’s only belatedly realized that the site was filled with “assholes who were starting to get his site a bad name”? Where was Charles in 2002-2006 when these “assholes” made his blog arguably the greatest and the most influential in cyberspace? He knew they were there and indeed he encouraged them. Without them his site would not have been what it was. Yet he discarded them as though they were expendable. He then has the audacity to feign hurt when they ridicule him. Exactly what did he expect and who was he trying to impress anyway?

African Moondog – a small clue for you. Charles is responsible for LGF, no one else. That incidentally, is also why it was necessary for him to clean house. For the idiots to scream that they ‘made’ LGF is funny, because I don’t ever remember going there to read creationist bullshit, rambling pointless bible quotes and calls to kill all muslims – and I don’t recall anyone ever recommending the site on that basis either. So I think there is a huge difference between the reality of what made LGF big – anti idiotarianism – and the fantasies of those who were banned because of their own idiotarian natures.
Talking of the ‘audacity to feign hurt’ is ridiculous when we are talking about people who deliberately lie, smear and misrepresent, and obsessively stalk you and fantasize about your death and murder, among other things.

If someone were to say, sure the holocaust was bad but that thing those Israelis have been doing to the palestinians is 10x worse…it would be reasonable to say that they were minimising the evils of the holocaust, would it not? I certainly think so. In the same way, by saying that Rodan – in your own words ‘exterminationist’ swine that he is – not to mention the rest – is worse than Charles, whose forum ban policy you happen to have an issue with, effectively minimises Rodan’s sins and makes them seem like they must be relatively trivial. Given that they are in your mind only a tenth of the magnitude of Charles’s, whose sin is to operate a ban policy on his blog that you don’t like, that is indeed the impact of your statement.

It’s not only Johnson’s meanness that’s so shocking, it’s his stunning stupidity – there are only a few quality posters that cesspool still has left!
